Return and Refund Policy

At Reworkss, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please read our return and refund policy below.

Returning Orders

  • Return timeframe: You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
  • Condition of the product: Items must be returned in unused, unopened condition with original labels and packaging. We cannot accept returns of used or damaged items.
  • Return process: To initiate a return, please contact us at reworkss.contact@gmail.com to receive a return form and return address. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • International returns: For international orders, return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a traceable shipping method.

Refunds

  • Refund processing: Once we have received and inspected your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refund method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Incomplete or damaged returns: If the returned product is in poor condition or missing parts, the refund may be denied or reduced. 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at reworkss.contact@gmail.com. We offer free return shipping and a full refund or replacement for these cases.

Exceptions to Returns and Refunds

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Opened hygiene products (such as underwear, socks, etc.).
