3. Clothing and Imperfections

Our clothing is handmade, meaning each piece is unique. This process may lead to small imperfections or variations in the finish. These minor imperfections are a normal result of the handmade nature of the products and are not considered defects.
Please Note: Due to the reworking of the clothing, it can no longer be considered an official branded product (e.g., Nike). The clothing items have been altered and upcycled, and are no longer in their original state or design.

4. Repairs of Minor Defects

Minor defects in clothing, such as loose seams or small damages, can be repaired free of charge. This applies to defects that occur within a reasonable period after receiving the product and are due to production or material issues. Customers are required to return the product for repair. However, the shipping costs for returning the product for repair are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns and Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning clothing for repairs or other reasons outside the warranty conditions. We recommend using a traceable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost shipments.

6. Warranty and Liability

Our warranty only covers defects caused by production or material issues. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear from normal use.

7. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
